I am a Registered Nurse, I have worked medically in the hospital setting for a year, but out of curiosity I applied myself to the BPO industry and because of the pandemic, I stayed longer for 3 years, as well as doing part time work for my clients as their Virtual Assistant. I enjoyed being able to improve in this area my communication and computer skills. I have been trained to be confident and be able to work on doing things well.
